Educational resourcesā€”not a guarantee of results
Our materials are for professional education and general information. They are not legal advice, clinical treatment, individualized case consultation, or a substitute for supervision, agency policy, applicable law, or professional judgment. Results vary; we do not promise reduced workload, improved outcomes, employment benefits, or any particular change. Certificates indicate completion only, unless a product explicitly identifies approved continuing-education credit.
Purchases and access
The price and included materials are stated on the product page and at checkout. Digital PDFs are downloads, not physical products. Training access may require a Kajabi account. Keep your login secure and contact us if you cannot access a purchase. A payment is one-time unless the offer expressly states a recurring subscription and its billing terms.
No refundsā€”digital purchases
All sales of paid digital downloads and self-paced training are final. No refunds are offered, except where required by applicable law. Please review the description before buying. If you experience duplicate billing, an incorrect charge, or a delivery/access problem, contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve the issue. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Your license to use the materials
Unless a written agency agreement states otherwise, a purchase permits one individual to use the materials for their own learning and professional practice, including printing and completing worksheets. It does not permit resale, public posting, distribution of the files to others, sharing account access, or presenting the materials as your own. For team licenses or agency use, contact us. Copyright and other ownership rights remain with their respective owners.
Confidentiality and responsible AI use
Do not submit identifying information about children, families, clients, employees, or confidential cases through our website or into third-party AI tools. Follow your agency's confidentiality, security, and AI policies. Use only approved tools, remove identifying details, and independently verify AI-generated content. Templates and prompts do not replace required documentation or professional decision-making. Third-party tools have their own terms, policies, availability, and fees; we do not control their services.
Coming-soon programs
Child Welfare Workday Reset and the Child Welfare Workforce Institute are in development. Their information pages are previews, not a promise of immediate access. The Institute is planned as a monthly or annual subscription. An inquiry does not enroll you or authorize payment. Availability, included content, pricing, and any recurring billing/cancellation terms will be disclosed before enrollment opens.
Website and service use
Use our website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misuse another person's account, or infringe others' rights. We may update website information and resources. Any access duration specifically advertised with a purchased offer remains subject to that offer's terms; these website terms do not erase an express purchase commitment.
Limits and applicable rights
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, useful educational content, but information may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on general educational materials or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be handled as required by applicable law and the purchase agreement.
