We use information to deliver requested resources, process orders, provide account and training access, respond to inquiries, send service notices, maintain records, improve our services, prevent misuse, and meet applicable obligations. When you subscribe, we also send educational resources and marketing updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. Necessary order and account messages may still be sent.
Service providers and sharing
Our website, downloads, courses, forms, and email delivery are hosted through Kajabi. Payments are processed through the payment services shown at checkout. These providers process information needed to operate their services under their own policies and our applicable agreements. We may also share information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or support a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell or rent customer information and do not use advertising pixels to share visitor information for targeted advertising.

We will verify requests and respond as required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for transaction, security, dispute, or legal purposes. We retain information as needed for the purposes above and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use the access controls and protections available through our service providers; no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Our business is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States or other locations.
Professional confidentiality and children
These services are intended for adult professionals, not children. Do not send or enter confidential case records, identifying details about children or families, protected health information, or other sensitive workplace information into our forms, emails, worksheets, or third-party AI tools. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Contact us if such information has been provided so we can address it.

Links to outside websites and AI services are governed by those providers' policies. We may update this policy by posting a new version and effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
