Your people are carrying a lot. Your training should help them carry it.

Child welfare agencies are asked to do more with fewer people, while staff and supervisors manage high caseloads, complex families, and constant change. Training that is practical and easy to access can be one part of supporting the people who stay.

New supervisors need more than a promotion

Many step into the role without structured preparation for coaching, accountability, and support.

Staff need tools, not more tasks

Practical systems for organizing the workday, documentation, and new technology can help staff spend their time where it matters.

Training needs to be trackable

Leaders need to see who completed what, without chasing sign-in sheets.

GROUP TRAINING

The Child Welfare Workforce Institute

One place for your team's professional development, with individual access for every learner and simple tracking for you.

Built for California foster family agencies (FFAs) and short-term residential therapeutic programs (STRTPs). Your agency purchases seats, and each staff member or supervisor gets their own login to an open library of practical trainings. They learn at their own pace, earn a certificate for each training they complete, and you get a training tracker spreadsheet to see completions across your team.

$30 per learner, per month.

STEP 3
